Somatic Support for You and Your Community

CJ Runyon

Explore group sessions, workshops, or 1:1 support to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and develop skills that support both personal well-being and community growth. All offerings are gentle, welcoming, and accessible.

Mission

Healing and somatic practices are most powerful when individual growth contributes to stronger communities. We create spaces where you can:

  • Learn practical tools for nervous system regulation and embodied awareness

  • Build resilience, confidence, and awareness in daily life

  • Participate in a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages mutual care

Built on the belief that healthy nervous systems create healthy communities—and that healthy communities support regulated, resilient people—Holistic Community Healing places somatic practice at the core of collective wellbeing.

Somatic Core Centering: a body-based approach to restoring regulation, releasing stored stress and trauma, and reconnecting with your innate capacity for balance. Through guided somatic practices, participants learn to track sensation, build nervous system awareness, and gently shift patterns shaped by survival responses.

Rather than approaching change solely through mindset or strategy, this work begins with the body—the place where experience lives. As individuals cultivate safety, presence, and internal coherence, they naturally strengthen their ability to engage in meaningful, community-driven development.

Through experiential sessions and facilitated community spaces, participants move beyond theory into lived, embodied transformation. Participants learn to lead from regulation rather than reactivity, creating environments where people feel safe, seen, and empowered.

A transformative approach that intertwines personal growth with a commitment to nurturing our communities.

Somatic practices do not substitute for individual therapy from a licensed mental health professional.
